Its depend on you, in which field you have more interest Engineering or medical. If you are good in Mathematics and interested in Engineering then you can go with JEE Mains. If you are good in Biology and interested in medical than you can go with NEET. Both JEE Mains and NEET have good Career option. It depend on you interest because different student have different interest.
