See if you don't have all the semesters admit then I would recommend you to contact the RGUHS academic council or the registrar through Physical visit or you can contact on the details provided online. Get it discussed & if required they will surely provide you the procedure through which you will be able to get the official admit from the university. You can also consider contacting your HOD (if contact number is available) which will also help you out.
