hello...i appeared neet in 2020 from Maharashtra state i will be taking admission in a private Medical college.... how can i avail for 50% fees waiver as i am an ews candidate on the official site of cet cell the brochure says to contact medical education and drug department how do i do that?

If you are taking admission in private medical college under EWS category, its not always necessary that you get a fee waiver. Only some students are considered for it. If you are chosen for it, congratulations! As for you contacting the college, You can check their brochure from their official site. In the end, office numbers are given along with helpline numbers and emails. That way you can get in contact with them.
