hello,i got 10135 rank in kcet engineering,can i get seat in good college for aeronautical engineering,i belong to 3A category,i even have rural quota

For your rank you can't get seat in good college but you told that you belong to 3a category and have rural quota, So by this reservations you can get seat in good college.
But select properly for good college at the time of councelling....
