Hello Aspirant,
As per your marks it is quite difficult to calculate your percentile but however, based on previous years' data your percentile would be near about 70. According to this percentile your approximate rank would be near about 2,60,000. On the basis of this rank you cannot get any of the good NIT even with your reservation category but yes you can try for lower NITs in eastern part.
If you need to enter in any of the good NITs so you should try to score around 150 marks for your category.
Note that above prediction is based on previous years' cut-offs and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors like number of students appearing for exam, difficulty level of exam and so on.
