You haven't mentioned your score, but since you said you have extremely low scores, you don't stand any chance of getting admission in any of the MBA institutes giving admission on the basis of CAT scores. For admissions, you must have atleast 55+ percentile. Only then you can expect a call from any MBA institutes or b- school.
For admissions in university of Hyderabad, the minimum percentile for general category Students is 70. For backward categories, it is around 60.
Also, your past academic records, work experience also matters. Now, if you have a score above 60 percentile, then you can apply and also you can expect a call if you have good school records and experience.

If you have scored less than 50-55 percentile, then you should look for colleges that do not need CAT scores for admissions.
