hello,my ssc cgl marks is 108 obc category which is more than cutoff of list 3 but my name is not in the list.what to do now whom to contact???

dear student,
just check whether you come under the obc-ncl, that is non creamy layer.
for reservation as a obc candidate you need a non creamy layer certificate, and you should have submitted that,
if it is not the case then double check the list and if still its not there then write a official email stating your complaint to the ssc.
the details is available in the RTI- right to information page in the scc menu.
