Hellow, my tnea rank is 13,467,and my community rank is 603(sc).May i get admission in psg college?

Yes you have fair chances to get admission into that college. Your rank is fine and have got a descent score so do apply to all such college you would be elligible for instead of running after a single one. You may get good choice of branch too and a good college for sure.
