Yes you are eligible for various entrance exams like diploma to degree course and you can give JEE Exams too. After you clear this exam you need to appear in JEE Advance through which you can easily get to some of the best colleges in India like IIT's and the NIT's . One more thing, When you are applying Diploma to Degree course you will be promoted directly in the second year of the BTech courses.
But you cannot apply under SSC je exam as per the commission official notification.The essential education qualification is diploma or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering.

Thankyou very much for you information, but i i want to know that will my cut-off marks will be compared with those student , who give JEE exams after 12 th, Or is there any another rules for us.
Becouse they are got admission in first year and i will get in in second year

your's JEE Main cutoff will be same as it is for other JEEMain aspirants. The only difference is that after admission you will be promoted directly to second year. Otherwise apart this all the eligibility criteria will be same ,there will be no difference.

- One can apply for any engineering college or university directly to get an admission
- Also one can write entrance exams conducted by college and university to get an admission
For job opportunities,
- Several entrance exams are available for getting into job. Some of the exams are DCET, RRB, BEL, DRDO etc
