It depends on the percentile and rank. Top 25 gets called in the 1st counselling OBC. Then 2nd and 3rd 25-50 about. So, you must be in the top 40 OBC for Puducherry.
For Karaikal , it may go upto 60.

Last year the closing rank for OBC candidates went upto rank 115 for Karikal campus. Similar values are expected for this year also.
