You might have qualified NEET but its not possible to get admission anywhere with this less marks and while you are asking about Bangalore . You cannot get government seat either in MBBS or even in BDS while you can try for the private medical colleges under management quota. To get MBBS in government  college you need to have atleast 520+ marks with the category only then you can be sure to get a seat . For obc category the marks you got is not enough to get any government MBBS or BDS colleges. The cutoffs generally remains high and this year it will be higher.So you have almost no chance with this rank.You may try for the private colleges or deemed universities. Else its better to take a year to drop and study harder and have a better preparation to get into a prestigious college certainly.
