Hi! The University of Delhi is a renowned University that offers various Undergraduate programmes/courses. Admission to a few courses is on the basis of merit, while to secure a seat in some, candidates need to clear the entrance tests. Admission to these courses is granted on the basis of the scores obtained in DUJAT, an entrance test conducted by the University. While filling the application form, applicants need to state their order of preference of course and college. Numerous colleges under the University of Delhi offer a UG degree in Management. The Joint Admission Test (DU JAT)  is a gateway for admission to colleges that offer Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis) programs and BA (Hons) Business Economics.

Test Duration: 2 hours

Before starting preparation, candidates must gather all the necessary information of DU JAT Syllabus. Preparing according to the prescribed syllabus and focus on important topics which cover high marks in the exam. If you make a good strategy, and timetable for the exam, then definitely you will succeed in the exam.

Candidates advised must solve as many previous year question papers as possible to understand the exam pattern. DU JAT Exam consists of 4 sections, so candidates should prepare accordingly and take care that each section is given proper time while preparing for the exam. Time must be managed to give a good shot to the exam. Candidates can go through following points for time management and some important tips:

1. Candidates should study 3-4 hours regularly to try to get selected into the exam.

2. Candidates should divide their time among the four sections.

3. Candidates should read newspapers like THE HINDU or THE INDIAN EXPRESS daily for at least 1 hour.

4. Candidates should practice English comprehensions and error corrections for at least 1 hour.

5. LR and QA should be prepared for 1 hour with a variety of questions. Students must be thorough with the DU JAT Exam pattern for scoring good marks.

6. Candidates should give extra time to those sections which they find difficult while writing an answer to first they should complete those sections in which they are good at.

7. Time for a mock test should be spared every day.
