helo sir , can I change my course after first year I mean 2nd year in jamia millia islamia , as my current admission in B.sc. and next year I want to do change my course in bsc. biotech . is it possible?

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to change your course to bsc biotech.
I would like to say that i dont think jamia milia islamia allows a candidate to change their whole course as there are limited number of seats in jamia and generally seats are not vacant.
