Scoring marks is really all about presentation. The basic principle of writing an answer in this format is objectification of a subjective answer. So you should Increase the pictographic content by including as many diagrams/charts/tables/ classifications etc as possible, and minimise the corresponding theory. Convert the theoretical answers either in the form of flow charts- esp in questions pertaining to a sequential explanation, or involving some classification/enumeration/types of answer in points with nicely delineated headers & sub-headers. Avoid scribbling or scratching. If you want to cut a word or an answer just make one dash line with your pen. No need to make many cuts.
Hope this helps!!!
