1) Standardized test:

• GRE : The full form of GRE is Graduate Record Examination.The exam has been developed to evaluate the verbal, analytical and mathematical skills of the candidates.The application fee for GRE General Test is $205 worldwide, which would roughly translate to Rs. 13,500 to Rs. 14,500 approximately.

2) Language Tests:



These tests varies according to country.



For US and Canada:

• TOEFL:The full form of TOEFL is Test of English as Foreign Language.TOEFL tests the international students’ usage and understanding of North American English as it is spoken, written and heard in college and university settings.The registration fee for the TOEFL exam varies from location to location. The registration fee for TOEFL in India is US$170.

For  UK, Australia, New Zealand:

• IELTS: The full form of IELTS is International English Language Testing System.The exam mainly measures the ability of test-takers to communicate in the four basic language skills – listening, reading, speaking, and writing.The registration fee for IELTS is RS 12,650.
• PTE: The full form of PTE is Pearson Test of English.The three-hour long computer-based test focusses on day to day English rather than high-level English language and tests a student on his/her ability to effectively understand the language as spoken daily. The multi-level grading system ensures a better understanding of the student’s proficiency in the English language. The standard PTE Academic exam fee is Rs 11,271 + 18% GST which comes out to be Rs 13,300.
