This is a really interesting question you have put up. To be honest, I think you should focus on something that you find interesting and in this case it's CSE. If your parents are forcing you to go into the medical field but you don't want to, just don't. Your parents won't be the one waking up daily and going to a job you don't like. And who told you that engineering doesn't provide you jobs? CSE is actually the leading branch in all over the world because technology is increasing day by day continuously. You do get jobs. Sundar Pichai, the CEO of google is an engineer and I have so many other examples. If something interests you, I think it's your passion and you should put all your efforts into it.
