Here, I found that some one answered that seats in AP AIIMS college are going to fill according to neet exam instead of aiims ,is it correct

Most probably though, admissions will be conducted through AIIMS entrance.

AIIMS AP will probably start from the next academic session but will be confirmed by next year. The MBBS seats will be filled based on merit marks in the all India level Entrance Examination.

AIIMS conducts its own entrance so there is no point in it.
The admission for AIIMS will be based on AIIMS entrance only.
All the seats in AIIMS will be filled through AIIMS entrance exam.
There are seven AIIMS- AIIMS Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh.
There are total 707 seats.
