Both are equally good. But I will prefer you for USCIT as has a better campus with many sports available like basketball, volleyball, lawn tennis and so on.  It has other features also like for better placement and workshops.It has a less fee structure of around 75k per year. If you study here you will be at the university and everything would be accessible to you.

Even USCIT has limited intake of only 3 course with 60 seats. So getting there is not easy but you may try your best.
