You need to prepare in advance for the application process and start getting your documents together for the application because applying abroad requires many documents. You require your 10th and 12th marks card, Statement of purpose in which you have to explain why you want to study that course in that particular college, letter of recommendation by your teacher, Co-curricular achievements and other things. The admission process typically starts during october-november. You also need an english proficiency test like TOEFL/IELTS to prove your english proficiency. Talking about the scholarship part, you might get scholarship but it totally depends on the college you are applying because some colleges provide scholarship to international students while others don't. Though english-taught courses are very limited in numbers at bachelor's level, so you might want to look for a better study destinations for your bachelor's course.
