Well, it depends and there are many things that need to be considered for this question.
I would say it is possible but at the same time very difficult. If you have good basics and strong grip in concepts then rest left is solving lots of questions.
Also, you must know how much have you covered your syllabus, have you done any revision of any topic or not. If you haven't studied well in the past and just want to put everything in these few months expecting a very good results then you i might disappoint you its tough. JEE is a very tough exam and you must have clarity in concepts, you must have covered your syllabus well and should have done revision, solve questions before and then only you can expect yourself to perform well in the exam.
Still, give your best in these last few months and solve as many questions as you can, do solve previous 5 year question papers.
As far as important chapters are concerned then every chapter is important from exam point of view and you cannot afford to skip any chapter.
