hey can i get government college in delhi with 45 percentile for sc category 45031 rank

Hey Aspirant,
Your rank of 45031 is okay according to sc category . But you not be able to get IIIT which is best government college in Delhi after IIT. But you might get DTU or NSUT work done of branches but the chances for you to get CSE , IT or ECE there are low but after some rounds of counselling you maybe able to get that.
