Yes you can do that.
It's bit complicated but can be done
Students often get admission to whatever Course or college they get afterwards if they get better opportunity they quit their first afmission and proceed .
But one thing to keep in mind if you have paid full fees then you won't get full refund of it. Deduction depends upon college and medical Course.
