Hello,

Food technology is a field of science that studies the processes used in the manufacturing, processing, preservation, packing, labelling, quality control, and distribution of food. Techniques and procedures for converting raw resources into food are also included in this subject. Food products that are both edible and healthy are the result of extensive research.

For students interested in pursuing a course in food technology, there are several options. Graduates and postgraduates from the programme can work in a variety of settings, including restaurants, catering enterprises, hospitals, food processing firms, and so on.

As a result, if you stick to current background after graduating B tech food technology, you can have a bright future.  You can switch industries after getting  MBA and can still do well. rohanhanda01 You can get in IIT'S,NIT's and other colleges which have admission through entrances with your PCM because engineering colleges only look for PCM percentage in 12th for eligibility.
