hello aspirant,
well according to me those are the best and excellent predictors which will help us out in finding the appropriate rank and also help us in out of our curiosity regarding the rank.
well yes they are 90 percent absolutely correct and sure it will be some little variation when compared to the official results.
but, we have an atleast a predicted rank so that we move further regarding the future sessions of admission related activities.
