Medical record technology course is a 2 years long  professional course by which a student can handle medical sheets and records in scientific manner. The minimum eligibility criteria is that you should have pass  10 + 2 level with minimum 55% and also a graduate person with the minimum age of 17 years.

Sher e Kashmir institute of medical science which is situated at Srinagar offers this course. Is there they publishe application form. I just have to to fill up this form to get admission.
