See if you are an EWS candidate and if you have the certificate then you can apply for JAC Chandigarh in EWS reservation seats. There are no such restrictions for EWS seats that only the state domicile will get it. See there are certain percentage of seat which is for non-state quota. And among those non state quota seats there is 10% reservation for the EWS candidate. So you can get those seats.
