It is quite difficult to predict the score with which you may have chances to get seat this is because the cut off is subjected to change every year depending on the total number of candidates applied, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. You may check the previous year cut off using the links below

Based on the previous year cut off you need to secure a rank below 5000 to have decent chances of getting seat in top NITs in ECE or EEE under general category. To secure such rank you need to score minimum 180-200 marks or above in JEE Main. This is an estimated score the actual rank with the given score may vary.
