Hello,
Since you want to sit in Assam CEE the minimum 12 percentile required by them is same as other competetive exams required which is 50% for general and 45% for SC and 40% for ST.
Apart from that you must have cleared Maaths,Physics ,Chemistry and English

As CEE conducts its own entrance exam for admission in engineering and various branches.
So, if you don't qualify the entrance exam you wouldn't be able to get admission even if you scored very good % in class 12 boards.
Class 12 percentage is just an eligibility cretaria for admission..
The candidates are required to score aggregate 50% collectively in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. SC candidates will have to secure 45% marks while ST candidates will have to score 40% marks.

but i did scored gud in cee exam but in boards my physics,chemistry and mathematics scores r 45,64 and 30, so m i still qualified
