Hey. I am currently in my 5th semester and I am Going to appear for my backlog of one and only subject of 4th semester in december 2019 & TISS NET exam is in january 2020. Seeing their eligibility criteria can I appear for the exam ? please help me out !!!

For applying to TISSNET you should have your bachelor's degree with all the arrears cleared. It doesn't matter how many arrears you have at present and how many you had.
Just provide them your 4th Semester Marksheet for the eligibility. But at the time of admission you must have your degree or Course Completion certificate.
