See for getting seats in the private colleges like MS RAMAIYA under the management quota to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the MBBS career will require no marks boundation. U can apply with any marks in the college as u have to pay a money to grab a seat ultimately. So u will be getting a seat if u are going through management quota
