hey!!! I am in class XII currently(2021-22),I am having a doubt, My name is registered for CBSE boards this year which is yet to happen. But due to some reasons I want to again study from class 11 and don't want to appear in Class XII boards. Will it be fine doing so?

It is absolutely ok if you don't want to appear for higher secondary boards in year 2022 and repeat class 11th. According to the rules of CBSE a candidate who has registered himself for intermediate examination, can appear for the examination in either of the next two academic sessions. In simple words your registration is valid for 2 years that means if you do not appear in the next academic year, you can appeared for it in the subsequent year without any fail.
But It's obvious that you would be marked fail/RT in case you don't appear in the first of the two academic sessions and then you have to do your 12th once again.

Yeah! you can also reappear from class XI for that you have to re-register yourself for the boards examination from class XI again. I would recommend you to contact your school and they can guide you out the norms required for the process.
