If you are scoring 510 marks in NEET, The admission in Government College have 2 quota in which admission process taken 1. AIQ quota and 2. State Quota so, according to your marks you have 50-50 chances to get seat in state Quota and for the safer side i suggest you deemed Colleges.
And yes! You can go for MBBS seat because as per NEET- National Eligibility Enterance Test is the enterance exams for the undergraduate students, To get top medical College candidate have to score 500 marks at least out of 720. But for General catagor, candidate have to score more than 580 marks in NEET UG to get an admission in Government Medical Colleges in most of the states expect few under 85% state Quota.
I suggest you to take a drop year if it is your first attempt takes you this far you can easily get 600+ marks and if you consider private colleges with sufficient amount, You can also take your hope towards counseling procedure and i suggest you to wait for results that also make clear your way!
