To become a surgeon (or any type of doctor) in USA you have to complete a PG degree. First you will have to qualify for the resedency in America by giving USMLE-2 CK exam. After you get residency you can apply for work visa.
You can apply for USMLE exam after your 2nd year of MBBS in India. YOu have to score around 230+ in USMLE exam and gain US research experience (interning) and write good publications to become a competitive surgeon in US. For more detail syou can click on https://ecfmg.org/
