Hey, I got 139.6573 in KEAM 2019 , will I get admission to ME or CSE or EE if i have 89% in my Plustwo Board exam?

According to the last year cutoff reports or trend, the rank you get at this marks that you scored in keam entrance examination for admission in engineering colleges are not enough to get admission in good colleges under keam in branch like CSE,ME,EE. But their are several colleges which are at lower in ranking by organization under keam are easily available for admission at this rank..
