hey i got 4356 rank in bcom hons can i get vips?? and i am from general category.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that last year, before sliding round the minimum rank for Delhi General candidate was 2617 and maximum was 6365. You have decent chances of getting VIPS college considering previous years cutoffs.
