Hey! I got 48847 rank in VIT and I participated in VIT Phase 3 counselling.....there was an option for IT course in Vellore branch for Cat-5.....I opted it as my first preference....how percentage of chance is there that I can get that seat?

There is a descent chance of you getting information technology at Vellore institute of technology in category 5. Phase 3 counseling constitute of candidates having rank between 45000 and 75000 in VITEEE. Your chances are good because your rank lies in top part for this phase and availability of large number of seats in category 5. Moreover students don't prefer a seat in category 5 due to high fee structure.
