Based on your rank, it seems to me to be very difficult to get into VIT Vellore. There might be one or two branches willing to accept you, but I am assuming you wouldn't like that much.

Again, you should apply to VIT Chennai, Bhopal and Amravati. Chennai you might not get exactly your desired course, but in Bhopal and Amravati you should. Do apply!!
