Yes given that your category is ST you will definitely get some NIT Or a good state government college.

Which contains

Category wise jeemain minimum qualifying percentage

Past Years jeemain Cutoffs which further includes year wise cutoffs , course wise cutoffs , and college wise cutoffs.

Minimum % required is 75 . so you are not eligible for IIT OR NIT.
