Dear Dibyanshu, Yes you can give jee mains exam, rather i will also advise you to drop for one year and give the improvement exam to raise your percentage if your marks in boards exam is 62% as to secure more than 75% exam in 12th standard, and then you can get even nits in place of good private college.
Hope you find it relevant.
Good luck.
As most of the private college have only 60% aggregate 12th boards criteria so you are eligible for most of the good private colleges. Here is the list of preferable colleges.
Thapar University
LNMIT Jaipur
VIT Vellore
MANIPAL
SRM, Chennai
JIIT NOIDA
MSIT Delhi
Hope this helps
All the best.
Dear Dibyanshu, if 62% is your jee mains percentile then I suggest you to go for next attempt of jee mains. If you also doesn't get good percentile in next attempt, then you can go for dropping one year.If you will really study hard in one year then thr outcomes will beyond your imagination and you can get good government college also like iits and nits rather than a private college
.
If you got 62% percentile score in January exam then improve your percentile score by giving attempt to April exam with great efforts.
.
If you won't get good percentile score in January exam then give attempt next year. If you get around 15000 rank then you will get nit Colleges.
But don't go long term better to clear the exam in April jEE mains exam.
.
Please be careful while studying. Don't refer for 1 topic ten books read one / two books ten times this gains more knowledge in that topic. Then go for prescribed books.
