Hey i got 68% in BE in mechanical engineering can i got admission in mtech without gate.
Dear Nikhil,
All Engineering colleges do not accept GATE as admission process for M.Tech programmes. GATE is however required for all IITs, NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, etc. The percentage obtained in B.Tech is not important for GATE. Only the completion of B.E/B.Tech degree is important. So it all depends upon the college.
Don't worry with your marks.even though you got low percentage you can go admission in Mtech.
For this you have to write non gate exams. There are so many institutes for Mtech admissions.
best Engineering colleges in India forM.Tech programmes without GATE score. There are so many institutes, NITs and IIITS that invite M.Tech admissions either through sponsored seats or on the basis of their own entrance test for M.Tech programmes.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed B.Tech or B.E. with the minimum qualifying marks (vary from institute to institute).
