Hey! I have a score of 396 (32.3) in GATE 2019 Civil Engg (general category). Which colleges can I try my luck at? Are NITs out of scope?

The chances of getting even lower NITs are pretty low but some of the state universities can give you admission with this score through ccmt counselling.
