Hi,

SAT ( Scholastic Assessment Test ) is a Standardized test, widely used for college admission in USA. It tests the written, verbal and mathematical skills of the candidates. This test is for candidates who wants to enroll in undergraduate programs in the USA and Canada.

As you have mentioned you are in class 10th currently, you are eligible for the SAT exam. Yes, you can skip class 11th and 12th from India, if you are selected in exam and is invited by the college/university based on your test skills and interviews.
