It may be a little difficult to get into Jadavpur University with your rank but you can definitely look out for other government colleges like Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college, UIT Burdwan or Kalyani Government Engineering college.

Apart from that if fees is not a constraint for you then you can check out IEM Kolkata or Heritage Institute of Technology also.
