Patrachar Vidyalaya (https://www.cbsepatracharschool.in/) don't issue character certificates to students enrolled with it. All these students can get the character certificate from any gazetted officer, MLA, MBBS Doctor for admission to higher class.

But i heard that there is kind of objective raise by collage for on that because they accepted on schools issue certificate only

It is true or not I'm very confused

Hey Yash you can get character certificate signed by tehsildar of your district. It will be accepted.
