Your application must have rejected due to some reasons like -

Eligibility was not up to college
Documents Verification was incomplete
Any document got missed
Or any server related error

Don't worry, your whole application is not rejected. You can apply in the next cut off as per your eligibility and preferences. Make sure you follow each and every step of admission process properly.
