8. DTU, NSUT, IIIT Delhi, Other NITs, BIT Mesra, PEC
9. RVCE Bangalore,VJTI, COEP, Jadavpur Univ, Good State Engineering Colleges

As far as Placements are concerned, most of the Above Colleges have almost 100% Placements as far as CSE is concerned, with Top Companies in the Software, FinTech, Analytics and IT Sector recruiting students, mostly with median packages between 9-12 LPA
As far as JEE Main is concerned, assuming youre a General Category Aspirant you must target atleast 99-99.5 Percentile for excellent chances in securing Computer Science at some of the Good NITs, IIITs as well as your Home State NIT and GFTI and certain State Engineering Colleges. As far as JEE Advanced is concerned, you need atleast AIR 2-4k, to secure CSE in some of the Newer IITs as well as some Old Institutions like IIT ISM Dhanbad. You must target atleast 50-60% Score in either JEE Main/Advanced to secure your Place in CSE at some of the Good Institutions.
