Hey, I wanted to know about graduation in psychology field, like what courses I can pursue, what is the eligibility criteria, what will be the future scope and most important, how much salary can one expect? Thank you

Hello,
Psychology is a study of human behaviour which is taught at many levels all over India and abroad. There is Diploma, certificate course, bachelor's and post graduation in psychology.
The various course at the undergraduate And postgraduate level are:
- BA in applied psychology
- BA in psychology
- BSc in psychology
- MA clinical psychology
- MA cognitive psychology
- MA counselling psychology
And more.
The basic eligibility criteria to get admission in psychology courses are :
- Passing 10+2 through a recognised board with a minimum of 50%
- Candidate can be from any stream i.e. arts science or commerce.
- Students who have passed 10+2 through open learning are also eligible.
- Additional criterias maybe applied according to different universities.
It is advisable to do masters after bachelor's In psychology. After doing masters the career options available are-
- Teacher
- Researcher
- Child psychologist
- Counsellor
- Therapist
And more.
The salary depends on the kind of career you want to land up in.

See, both of them have the same syllabus i.e. bsc and ba. The basic difference between them is that one(bsc) has more of practical experience and other(ba) is more theory based. After completing both of them, you land up in the same place.
