So If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the marks mentioned by you in the question your percentile and OBC rank are

Note that the percentile and rank which are predicted are only the expected percentile and rank on the basis of previous year's data so your actual percentile and rank might vary depending upon current factors.

On such OBC rank any of the NIT is tad difficult. But you can go for some other colleges like :-

Bhopal Institute of Technology and Science

Trinity Institute of Innovations in Professional Studies

Barkatullah University Institute of Technology

On such percentile range and being an OBC candidate you have good chances to qualify for JEE-Advance 2022 but still the cutoffs for this year have not released yet officially.
