RBA Category is a sub division of General Category only for Jammu and Kashmir Candidates. But because NEET application is the same across India, you do not have sub categories or sub divisions of any particular state. So once NEET exam is over and the results are declared, based on the rank in the merit list, you have to inform the authorities during counselling that you belong to RBA Category and they will consider that for reservations in seats at that time.
