Hello friend,
From my point of view B.Tech from CSE branch would be the best option.
B.Tech CSE/ IT and BCA are probably the two most popular courses amongst IT aspirants. Information Technology being one of the high paying sectors in the world, every computer science student wants to work in this sector after pursuing either one of the above courses. B.Tech CSE/ IT and BCA have a few similar subjects but the market value of both the courses is entirely different.
It is known to most of the students that B.Tech is a widely accepted programme whereas Bachelors in Computer Application (BCA) is relatively less popular in the industry.
B.Tech definitely offers better opportunities than BCA after graduation but your options must depend on the type of colleges you are getting and the amount money you want to invest in graduation.
If you are looking forward to jobs after graduation B.Tech is the right programmes. However, if you want to pursue post-graduation in the field without a lot of expense, then BCA and MCA are can be a good career choice for you. Another advantage of BCA is that you dont have to appear for highly competitive entrance exams.
Choose wisely , your final decisions must depend upon you future goals.
All the best
